Mission Statement
Through professionalism, dedication, integrity and training, the Rheems Fire Department works to safeguard the lives and property of the Village of Rheems and portions of surrounding West Donegal Township, East Donegal Township, and Mount Joy Township.
This will be accomplished by providing a vast range of emergency services, non-emergency services, strong public relations and fire safety education. As a customer-driven organization, it is our mission and number one priority to deliver the best possible service to our customers.
We endeavor to protect and preserve the health of our membership and return our personnel safely to their families. As a 100% volunteer organization, we strive to bring out the very best of our members and operate in the spirit that every volunteer has value.
