The Rheems Fire Department is located in the Village of Rheems in West Donegal Township, Northwestern Lancaster County. We directly serve a population of nearly 5000 residents and over 100 businesses in West Donegal and Mount Joy Townships. Whithin this area you will also find the communities of Anchor and Milton Grove.

We house 4 frontline apparatus, a 2009 KME Engine, 2009 KME Rescue Engine, 2005 Mack/S&S Tanker and 2006 Ford F-350 Squad. We also operate a 2006 Ford Expedition Duty Chief's vehicle, 1998 Ford Crown Victoria Duty Officer's vehicle and a 2006 Hydrocarbon Spill Response trailer.

The Fire Department has over 45 active firefighters and many supporting members who give over 10,000 hours annually.

In 1928 and still today, our members are dedicated to protecting our neighbors and find pride in that service.
