Tonight, at our monthly General Business Meeting, the 2010 Fire Division Officers were announced and sworn into office by Chief Charles Stanford. This year, like times years ago, the Fire Division Officers were requested to swear an oath of office to perform their duty to the best of their ability. Along with this, the Rheems Fire Department has a new outlook for 2010 which will continue to bring us down the path of better service to our community.

The 2010 Officers are posted on the Members page. The only change from 2009 is the promotion of Matt Freeman from Captain to Assistant Chief. Asst. Chief Freeman is still the department Training Officer.

Also, In December, Mike Gantz and Randy Templin were voted into the office of Facility Trustees.
